Meet the Shop Crew
The crew at Quality Carts has over 50 combined years of experience in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and golf carts. With the knowledge of this team there is no challenge that they cannot solve. We are a hands-on group. If you find that you are struggling to fix the problem that is consistently causing you issues. Bring it to us and let us help you determine the issue. We will be able to get you an inspection and provide the details to you. Once you have the details it's up to you how you would like to proceed with repairs.

He has 20+ years of experience working on golf carts.
- Automotive Technician: Jon
Has been with us for over 18 years. He is an ASE certified technician.

Has been with our team for over 5 years. He is always ready to lend a helping hand.
Meet the Owners
Fred and Lorene Venis took over the business January 1, 2023. The golf cart business was started in 1995 by Mark Roepke.
Fred has worked for the business for 20+ years. He has extensive knowledge on golf carts and automotive repair.
When the opportunity of possibly taking over the business Fred was excited to step in and continue the work that was started with a goal of taking care of family, friends and the community of Sunman and Batesville, Indiana and the surrounding areas.
Lorene Venis joined Fred in the adventure of running the business. With 20+ years of experience in customer service, administration in the transportation industry, she is taking on new ventures in the shop.
Together they have four children and two granddaughters.
They love to garden, camp and enjoy time with family and friends.
They are both excited for the opportunity to make a difference. They both enjoy meeting new people and hearing from old friends. The promise of a smile makes it worth it.
They believe in the Golden Rule, " Do to others as you would have them do to you."
Meet Adam
If you are looking for help with your golf cart. Adam is the person that can help you find the parts and design the golf cart you are looking for.
Adam has been part of the Quality team for 5 years.
He has been happily married for four years. Father of two kids. They are an animal loving family with two dogs and two cats.
Whether you are needing service or help planning for a golf cart purchase, he is able to help walk you through it all.
